What gate rules apply to movers at San Diego bases?

At Camp Pendleton, commercial vehicles must enter through the Las Pulgas Gate only. At MCAS Miramar, the Main (East) Gate off I-15 on Miramar Way takes deliveries from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; the North Gate serving base housing takes no deliveries.
